Can I make phone calls?

Yes, you can make and receive phone calls with eROAMING. When dialing, please ensure that you include the correct country code(+xx) for the number you are calling. Failure to do so may result in unsuccessful call attempts.

Can I send text messages?

Yes, you can send and receive text messages (SMS) with eROAMING. When sending an SMS, make sure to start the recipient's phone number with the correct country code (+xx). This ensures the successful delivery of your message. Failure to include the correct country code may result in undelivered messages.

Can I top up my eSIM?

Yes, you can purchase a top up for the eSIM. However, top ups are available only for whole defined plans, such as Data only, Data + Voice + SMS (Hybrid), and Voice + SMS plans. Individual top ups for data or voice or SMS alone are not provided. Plan has to top up.

What is the difference between one time plans and recurring plans with eROAMING?

A one time plan is a one time activation where you only pay for the selected plan's duration, such as a specific expiry date. Once the plan expires, there is no need to worry about recurring payments, as it will not automatically renew. Though in one time plan you have the option to top up.

In contrast, a recurring plan involves automatic renewal at regular intervals (e.g., weekly or monthly), where the payment is charged automatically until you decide to cancel the plan. Please note that if you choose to cancel a recurring plan before the end of the billing cycle, a termination fee may be applied.

Does receiving calls and SMSs also deduct from the balance given in the plan?

Receiving SMSs will not be deducted from the balance of the plan. However, receiving call minutes will be reduced from the balance of the plan, except for European region plans (covering 40 countries) and local plans within countries in the European region.

In contrast, a recurring plan involves automatic renewal at regular intervals (e.g., weekly or monthly), where the payment is charged automatically until you decide to cancel the plan. Please note that if you choose to cancel a recurring plan before the end of the billing cycle, a termination fee may be applied.

Does eROAMING support call forwarding and voicemail?

No, call forwarding and voicemail are not supported at the moment.

Does eROAMING support MMS?

No, MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) is not supported at the moment.

Can I make phone calls and send messages with eROAMING?

Yes, you can, if you have purchased our Data + Voice + SMS (Hybrid) plans or Voice + SMS plans.

Can I create WhatsApp, Viber, IMO, or any other social media accounts with my eROAMING number?

It is not recommended to create accounts with your eROAMING number, as it is primarily intended for travel and may have a limited validity period. We do not take responsibility for any issues related to WhatsApp or other social media accounts registered with an eROAMING number.

However, if you purchase a recurring plan or continue topping up your number each month, you can keep using it until your eSIM is deactivated.

What does the fair use policy entail for unlimited plans?

An unlimited data plan is provided with a daily allocation of 1GB / 2GB / 3GB / 5GB at high speed, after which the speed will be reduced to 128 kbps. The plans are also categorized as Mini = 1GB / Standard = 2GB / Enhance = 3GB / Premium = 5GB per day.

What is the speed of internet connectivity with eROAMING?

We have partnered with at least two networks in each country, ensuring that eROAMING supports 4G / LTE and, in many regions, even 5G connectivity. Our service automatically selects the best available network in your location.

However, in remote areas, internet speeds may be reduced due to limited network coverage, rather than any issue with the eSIM itself.

Can I track my usage?

Yes, you can track your data, voice, and SMS usage through the eROAMING App or website. This allows you to monitor your consumption in real time and stay on top of your plan's limits.

Can I use tethering (Personal Hotspot)?

Yes, you can use tethering (Personal Hotspot) with eROAMING, as long as your device supports this feature and it is enabled in your plan.

What is data rollover?

Data rollover refers to the ability to carry over unused data from one billing cycle to the next. If you don’t use all your data in a given period, the remaining data is transferred to your next cycle, allowing you to use it without losing it. Please note thatdata rollover is only enabled in recurring plans.

Can I reinstall an eSIM?

No, eSIMs generally cannot be reinstalled. We strongly advise against removing any eSIMs that you plan to continue using.

If you remove an eSIM from your device, you may face an error when trying to redownload it. In such cases, you'll need to purchase, install, and activate a new eSIM to regain access to mobile networks at your destination.

For times when you're not using the eSIM, we suggest disabling it temporarily. However, please note that disabling the eSIM does not pause your validity period.

How does the expiry work for a hybrid plan? Will data, text, and calls have separate expiry dates?

The expiry for data, text, and calls will be unified under a single expiry date. Once you start using any one of these services, the expiry will be set according to the plan's duration.

What is the maximum number of eSIM profiles that can be installed or stored?

The maximum number of eSIM profiles that can be installed or stored on a device depends on the device's specifications and capabilities. Some devices may support a single eSIM profile, while others can accommodate multiple profiles. It is best to consult the manufacturer's documentation or check the device settings to determine the specific limit for your device.

Why is the word "Sanction" displayed in some countries under local, regional, and global plans?

The word "Sanction" is displayed for countries that are currently on the sanction list, indicating that these countries are subject to restrictions. This ensures transparency, so users are aware that these countries are restricted from being fully accessible for purchase or service.

Can I use any services in a country on the sanction list?

Services for countries on the sanction list are restricted, and users will not be able to purchase plans or use services in those countries until further updates are made. The sanction list is regularly reviewed for compliance.

How is the word "Sanction" displayed on regional and global plans?

For countries that are on the sanction list but are still part of regional or global plans, the word "Sanction" will be displayed next to the country coverage. This helps inform users that the country is subject to sanctions.

What happens if I try to buy a plan for a country on the sanction list?

If you attempt to purchase a plan for a country that is on the sanction list, a message will pop up notifying you that the country is currently unavailable for purchase. The message will read: "This country is on the sanction list, currently it is not available for purchase."

What are the sanctioned countries?

Sanctioned countries are those that are subject to international restrictions or government sanctions, making it impossible for eROAMING to offer services or plans in those regions. These countries are not available for direct purchase of any plans, and the word "Sanction" will be displayed next to their coverage in our plans.
